Marinated fried potatoes

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
5 tomatoes
1-2 cloves garlic
40 g flour
parsley
Method
Potatoes fried, withdrawn and fat put the peeled and chopped tomatoes, garlic cloves cut into small pieces and added flour salt and a little water. As thicken the sauce pour the potatoes and sprinkle with parsley.
