Marinated lamb chops - I type

Ingredients
8 lamb chops
2 cloves garlic
oil
30 g capers
2 sprigs parsley
3 marjoram leaves
the juice of 1/2 lemon
pepper
salt
lemon for decoration
Method
Lamb chops are arranged in a small pan, add the crushed garlic, a few tablespoons of olive oil, pepper, salt, Cover with lid and leave the meat so at least 1 hour. Before serving pour the marinade in a large bowl, add the chopped capers, parsley and marjoram, warmed, add the chops and fry on both sides until pinking (10-12 minutes). Add salt is, sprinkle black pepper, lemon juice and cook a few seconds. In the middle of the plate are arranged fried potatoes are placed around the chops, pour the sauce and decorate with lemon slices.
