hello to us and friends I loved it thank you will do often. The most important and convenient there is no need jars. I made it into a box of cheese. 7 kg vegetable and slowed a small amount of marinade. Super delicious Thanks

Can you then aspirin be added when the brine cool?

Desislava I pickles I made last year without aspirin and was crispy to the last, stand about 2 months. Was only slightly salty but a matter of taste :) This year I will do but it is still very hot here

Thanks for the reply :). We will put for the winter, so we added aspirin and will put it on the next day.

interested what salt is placed, bidoncheto how many liters should be and how much water is put. I bidonche of 35 liters and I ask to know the ratio. Thank you.

I put my pickles, but reworked the recipe recipe to a close, because with a double dose of this recipe not cover anything, but if I had done more doses nothing would become of vinegar and salt. Bidoncheto my 65 l, if not mistaken. this recipe or jar, or very little bidonche, NZ.

desislava_1234 This pickle is bidonche about 20 liters. And not for drum of 65 l. Me always great with me and after the imposition need about a week and is ready for consumption. Salt prepare it with ordinary table salt you can use salt to your taste, but be careful if salt is not pressed. Water is 2L. As described in the recipe.
I wish you success in the preparation and may be requested by e-leavened to you.
