Ingredients
1 kg tiny baby potatoes
2 red peppers
1 bunch of onion
1 bunch garlic
1/4 bunch of dill
100-120 ml olive oil
100-120 ml vinegar
100-120 ml water
2 bay leaves
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Method
Potatoes are put in a saucepan. Add coarsely chopped onion, garlic and red peppers. Season with bay leaves, paprika and salt. Pour vinegar, olive oil, cold water, sprinkle with sugar and stir. Simmer on low heat with the lid on until the potatoes are cooked. Withdraw from heat, sprinkle with chopped dill and served.
