Marmalade sloe

Ingredients
1 kg fruit of sloe
8-10 tbsp sugar
400 ml water

Method
Well washed sloes boil in water until tender and make a puree. Passed through a strainer. Finished and strained puree is placed on the stove and add to it sugar. Sugar can be more or less according to taste. Marmalade boil until ready stirring continuously. You can find out whether it is prepared by passing a wooden spoon on the bottom of the pot and stay dry strip. Hot jam immediately placed in jars and dried closes. * If strained puree is too thick can add a little water.
