Meat bread-roll

Ingredients
strips bacon according to the form
500 g minced meat
300 g chicken - roasted or parched
2 onions
4 cloves garlic
2 eggs
salt, pepper
100 g cheese
parsley

Method
Bacon strips are placed in the shape so as to cover it and hang side. Onions and garlic are cut very finely and fry until golden. Minced meat mixed with parsley, chicken, salt and pepper, fried onions and garlic. Eggs are broken foam, add to the mince and everything is kneaded well. The mixture is poured into the form on the bacon, turning to all who are outside and bake at 180 C until ready. Shortly before withdrawing sprinkle with grated cheese or rank pieces of cheese and bake until browned cheese.
