Meat egg marinade

Ingredients
1 kg meat
3-4 eggs
salt, pepper
garlic optional

Method
The meat is cut into portions or chunks, add salt and seasoned with pepper. Optional can be added pressed garlic to the meat. Eggs are broken down for an omelet, mixed with the meat in a deep dish, cover and leave in the refrigerator for 1 day. The next day, before the presentation is rolled in flour and fry.
