Meat in gardening

Ingredients
750 g lamb or mutton
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
25 g butter
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1 and 1/2 tbsp (15 g) flour
1 tbsp (15 g) tomato paste
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1-2 (100 g) red tomatoes
2-3 (200 g) potatoes
1 handful of peas (beans)
1 handful (50 g) green beans
1 (50 g) carrots
5-6 (50 g) fresh mushrooms
1/2 head (50 g) celery
1/2 bunch parsley
5 spicy pepper

salt
Method
The meat is cut into pieces and fry in vegetable oil, to which is added chopped onion, flour and tomato paste. Pour broth or hot water, add salt and boil on low heat. Add celery, carrots, green beans, peas and mushrooms, cut into strips and smothered in the butter. After 15-20 minutes add the potatoes, cut into slices. Finally, put the peeled and chopped red tomatoes, pungent peppers and parsley, finely chopped. Dish bake 10-15 minutes in the oven, then served sprinkled with pepper.
