Ingredients
1 kg pork
fat
2 onions
2 carrots
4 tomatoes or 1 cup tomato juice or 1 tbsp tomato paste
300 g onions
150 g ham
200 g mushrooms
1 tbsp flour
1/2 cup wine
1 tsp paprika
parsley
bay leaf
black pepper
salt
Method
Meat stew in fat and less water with chopped onions and carrots. Soften add the tomatoes and red pepper. After about 15 minutes add half of the wine, shallots peeled and cut into julienne ham and mushrooms. Serve stew. Add the remaining wine, bay leaf, parsley, pepper, salt and flour fuzzy.
