Meatball soup fish

Ingredients
250 g of fish - boned
2 tbsp rice
1 tomato
1 carrot
1 egg
50 g butter
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 head celery
1 tsp salt
Method
Carrots and celery grated and smothered in part of the oil with the salt. Pour hot water and let boil. Fish grind mince. Add beaten up egg white and 1 tbsp rice. To make small balls and placed in the boiling soup. Add rice and finely chopped tomato. When rice is cooked soup thickener made from egg yolks and yogurt. Finally, add the remaining butter.
