Meatball soup veal

Ingredients
200 g smlyano veal
2 (100 g) carrots
1/2 head (30 g) celery
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1-2 (100 g) peppers
1-2 (100 g) tomatoes
2 tbsp (20 g) semolina
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1/2 cup (100 g) yogurt
100 g cheese
2 eggs
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
pepper
parsley
salt
Method
Bones meat pour 7-8 cups cold water and cook on low heat. Strain broth to add the onion, carrots and celery, and later peppers and tomatoes, chopped, fat and salt to taste. Of minced meat meal, nastargaaniya cheese, 1 egg and pepper form small balls that are rolled in flour and put in the soup. Dovaryava soup on low heat, thicken with the second Egg and yogurt and serve sprinkled with black pepper and chopped parsley.
