Meatballs Baked fish

Ingredients
500 g fillet of hake
60 g onion
2 slices white bread
1 egg
30 g flour
200 g red tomatoes
150 g peppers Sivria
3 tbsp (30 ml) white wine
13 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
1/2 bunch parsley
1 lemon
salt
pepper
garlic
Method
Tenderloin cleaned from the skin, cut into pieces and makes mincemeat. Kneaded with soaked bread, eggs, half of the onion, parsley and salt and cook meatballs elliptical that rolled in flour and fry in heated sunflower oil. In the remaining sunflower oil fry finely chopped onions, peppers, red tomatoes, garlic and flour. Dilute with broth or water and placed in a baking dish and after boil in the oven about 10-15 minutes, was added the fried meatballs and slices of peeled lemon. The dish is ready after the meatballs VWP 7-10 minutes.
