Meatballs baked with smoked cheese

Ingredients
400 g minced meat (mixture)
2 onions
150 g smoked or processed cheese
75 g of dry bread
100 ml milk
1/2 bunch parsley
1 tsp crushed savory
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
little sunflower oil
3 red tomatoes or marinated red pepper
salt to taste
Method
Meat, finely cut onions, bread (previously soaked in milk and squeezed well crushed) eggs and spices kneaded smooth mixture. In kneading the mixture is not to be passed between the fingers. The resulting mixture was divided into 15 beads. With oiled hands with the oil of each ball is formed of round meatball and placed in pre-oiled pan. Meatballs baked in the oven for a short time (if necessary turn). Tray is removed from the oven, on each meatball put circle of smoked feta cheese, then baking continues to mild redness of the feta cheese. After the final firing on the feta cheese on each patty is placed tomato ring or pickled pepper and pressed diagonally with the blunt side of the knife. Meatballs are served topped with fried potatoes, steamed rice and fresh parsley.

I make this recipe because they are fried meatballs. Is very successful. Just do not put tomatoes and peppers.
