Ingredients
500 g ground meat mixture
2 potatoes
2 eggs
1 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp ground walnuts
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
salt, pepper
pinch grated lemon peel
flour, breadcrumbs
fat frying

Method
The meat is kneaded with grated potatoes, an egg, raisins, walnuts, grated lemon peel, pepper and salt to taste. The mixture formed 8-12 meatballs that are rolled in flour, dip in beaten egg consistently and breadcrumbs and fry in hot fat.
