Meatballs fish

Ingredients
500 g fish fillet
60 g butter
2 slices white bread
1 egg
parsley
nutmeg
pepper
salt
flour
milk
frying fat
carrots
onion
garlic
1 cloves
pinch of curry
thyme
1 bay leaf
Method
First, prepare the broth. Chopped carrots, onions and garlic placed in cold water, add the cloves, curry, parsley, thyme, bay leaf, add salt and boil for 20 minutes. Add fish fillets, salt and boil until soft. Tenderloin is being boned, crushed with a fork, add pre-soaked in milk slices of bread, the butter, egg, salt and other spices. The mixture is stirred to form balls, rolled in flour and fry on both sides in oil.
