Meatballs fresh cabbage
Ingredients
1 kg fresh cabbage
30 g butter
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
1 tsp (5 g) pepper
parsley
salt
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
oil (for frying)
Method
Cabbage cut into thin strips and boil in salted water. Then poured into a sieve, and being cooled is squeezed well. Fried flour and the butter, and diluted with a little water. The resulting thick sauce is added together with pepper, a little chopped parsley and salt to taste. The mixture was kneaded and its elliptical shape meatballs. They are immersed alternately in the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs and fry in highly preheated oil.
