Ingredients
500 g nettle
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp flour
2 onions
1/3 cup ground walnuts
pinch of baking
1 tsp salt
breadcrumbs or flour for rolling
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Nettle is washed, cleaned and chopped. Put it to choke with 1/3 cup water and salt. When cool, drain and add to it the feta cheese, eggs, flour, chopped onion, the walnuts and soda. Kneaded and shaped balls that are rolled in flour or breadcrumbs and fry in heated sunflower oil.

Nice recipe! I do such nettle meatballs, but do not grind the walnuts. Leave them in wholesale crushed to champ.
