Meatballs potatoes and spinach

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
500 g spinach
1 carrot
200 g feta cheese
2 eggs
1/3 cup flour
parsley
dill
pepper
salt
Method
Peel the potatoes, boiled and mashed. Wash spinach, infused, drained and cut into small pieces. Potatoes and spinach mix, add the eggs, chopped parsley and dill, pepper and flour. Kneaded dough balls are made in the middle of each piece is placed feta cheese and rolls, add some flour and broken with 1 tbsp water egg. Fry on medium heat until browned. Can be served with podlucheno yogurt.

I want to add that the same mixture can be made and parsley meatballs. By Grate the potatoes and grate the cheese, there's no reason to play it separately and add some to risk crack the product. And the mixture of potatoes and cheese put chopped parsley took shape meatballs and PANIC in flour and eggs. Spinach meatballs are very good, with sauteed spinach with chopped onion and mint - as cool again potatoes and cheese, the same breading. Try it!
