Meatballs rice and meat

Ingredients
150 g rice
3 peeled tomatoes
1 egg white
1 small onion
125 g minced meat
400 ml chicken broth
50 g cheese
bay leaf
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp paprika
sugar
pepper, salt
breadcrumbs
Method
Fry them a little grated onion and meat, add the red pepper, tomatoes and spices - bay leaf, parsley, oregano, pepper and salt. Boil to thicken. Boil the rice in broth until almost. After cooling, mix, add the egg white and mix well. The mixture to make meatballs, in the middle of each syllable is cube cheese. Meatballs are formed as balls, rolled in bread crumbs, put in pan and bake at 220 C for 25 minutes.
