Meatballs roasted peppers

Ingredients
500 g peppers
3-4 carrots
2-3 potatoes
3 tbsp yogurt
3-4 tbsp flour
100 g cheese
2 eggs
parsley
breadcrumbs and eggs (for batter )
Method
Peppers are roasted and cut into very small pieces. Carrots and potatoes are peeled and cooked. Then smash mashed. Mixed vegetables and add to the milk, flour, grated cheese, eggs and parsley. Everything is kneaded well. Formed into balls that are rolled first in breadcrumbs, egg and breadcrumbs again. Fry in very hot sunflower oil.
