Meatballs Zucchini - II type

Ingredients
1,5 kg zucchini
5 eggs
1 cup (100 g) breadcrumbs
1 cup (200 ml) vegetable oil
1 bunch parsley
salt
pepper
yogurt
garlic

Method
Courgettes peel, grate on a grater, add some salt and drain for 10-15 minutes, then extrude well. Add to eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley and milled pepper. The mixture was trying salt and mix well. It with a spoon shaped meatballs, which are placed in the preheated oil. After frying them from one side to turn and fry the other side. Serve with podluchenoto with garlic yoghurt.
