Meatballs Zucchini yeast
Ingredients
5-6 (1 kg) courgettes
10 g yeast
2 eggs
1 cup (200 g) flour
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch of dill
100 g feta cheese
vegetable oil for frying

Method
Courgettes are peeled and grated, add salt and drain a few minutes. Then add to yeast, eggs, parsley and dill, chopped, flour and crumbled feta cheese. The mixture is stirred and allowed to warm to rise. It using a spoon shaped meatballs, which are fried in highly preheated oil. Serve with yogurt.

I put yeast meatballs zucchini, parsley do not put, but in contrast, use black pepper. Favorites are our whole family. I've heard that become very good by adding to the mix 250g minced meat, but I have not tried yet.
