Medeni cookies yeast

Ingredients
500 g of honey
200 g sugar
20 g yeast
1/4 liters of water
pinch of salt
flour
# For the filling:
150 g ground walnuts
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp cocoa
Method
Yeast sprinkled with a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar and blurs a bit of lukewarm water. Leave in a warm place to rise. Water boils, add the honey and sugar and stirring until melted. The mixture is removed from the heat and leave it to cool. Add leavened yeast and flour so as to obtain a soft dough. It is well kneaded and rolled into a sheet with a thickness of 1 cm, which is cut into squares. In the middle of each square is placed in the least the walnuts mixed with cloves and cocoa (can add a little sugar). Squares are folded and pressed in the end. Arrange off in the pan, greased with sunflower oil, and leave to rise. Bake in a moderate oven.
