Mediterranean boats

Ingredients
4 small breads
3 peppers - red, yellow and green
1 small zucchini
300 g mushrooms marinated mushrooms
1 onion
100-200 g tips of green asparagus canned
handful of chopped green and black pitted olives
1 clove garlic
200 g feta cheese Mozzarella or other feta cheese of your choice
16 anchovy fillets
oil
salt

Method
Rolls are cut lengthwise and each half-carving, removing the soft part to gain form boats. Smeared with olive oil on the inside and lightly baked in the oven until they are crispy but not dry out or change color. When this happens, rub the inside with peeled garlic and leave them aside. The 3 tbsp olive stew with salt well washed, cleaned and cut into small pieces vegetables al dente (to nibble) or full mode. Remove vegetables ready to cool down, then use a spoon to spread plantain boats. Cutting the feta cheese strips have them on vegetables and bake under the grill for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot with anchovy fillets on the processed cheese.
