Mekitsi cheese

Ingredients
4 cups (800 g) flour
2 eggs
1 cup (200 g) feta cheese
1 tsp (10 g) yeast
1/2 cup (100 g) powdered sugar
1/2 cup (100 ml) of water
1 tsp (5 g) salt
1 cup (200 g) yogurt
fat frying
Method
From the yeast in the warm water fuzzy and a little flour is cooked rare dough is sprinkled with flour and leave in a warm place to rise. To risen, the dough add the beaten eggs with yogurt, salt and remaining quantity of flour. To the resulting soft dough, then knead well as, add crumbled or grated feta cheese. The mixture was kneaded again and rolled sheet from which a cup cut circles. Fry until golden color on both sides in a very fat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Kansumirat warm.

Well it's the truth. Just great.

It's nice to add an average type of hot pepper green briar. Becomes super spicy.
