3 cups (600 g) flour

1 tsp (15 g) yeast
1 cup (200 ml) milk
1/4 cup (50 g) sugar

Method
Yeast, a fuzzy kashitsa with a little water and flour, and sugar was stirred and allowed to rise and then added together with the egg, milk and salt to the rest of the flour. Of cooked dough after the rise, shape mekitsi, which are fried in plenty of boiling fat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
