Mesenitsa flower

Ingredients
# For the dough:
1 kg of flour
3 eggs
200 g yogurt
1 cube of yeast dissolved in warm water
1 pinch of salt and sugar
# For плънката:
майонеза
шунка
кашкавал
лютеница
#Допълнително:
butter or sunflower oil

Method
In deep bowl pour the flour and make a well in the middle. Separately, break 2 eggs and the third egg is taken only egg white and the yolk is left spreads mesenitsata. Put yoghurt and dissolved yeast. Beat until a uniform mixture and add salt and sugar. The mixture was poured into the well and mix a medium soft dough. Not letting it rise, and slice it in 9 equal balls. When flattening using fat instead of flour. Then flattening them and began in the middle of each Roll pellet put a little chutney, mayonnaise, ham and cheese. Turn sheet roll and twist it so that you get osmichka. All balls are made, thus leaving only one of the medium. Mesenitsata ranks in a greased tray and optional extra is smeared with butter. When we are ready with mesenitsata, beat the egg yolk and then spreads. Let mesenitsata longer to rise, as rising will be much faster. Bake in preheated oven until golden.
