2 cups (400 g) flour
4-5 heads (250 g) onion
1 tsp (5 g) salt
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
10-15 peppercorns
1/2 tsp (3 g) of baking soda
1/2 cup (100 g) pork lard
1 kg pork

Method
Flour is sieved and center pit is made, which put baking, a part of salt and water, as is required for kneading the dough. The dough was allowed to stand for about 1/2 hour. During this time, prepare the stuffing of minced meat with a cleaver, chopped onion, red pepper, the pepper, a little oil and salt. The dough was divided into 4 balls which are rolled wafers with a diameter of 25-30 cm. Peel sprinkled with fat and in each of them put the stuffing. Folded like an envelope to cover the filling and put in an oiled baking dish with the collected parts below. Spread and top with oil and bake.
