Mess nettle with walnuts and eggs
Ingredients
4 handfuls (800 g) nettle
70 g butter
2 tbsp (40 g) flour
60 g walnuts
2 eggs
salt

Method
Clean and washed nettle is placed in boiling salted water and boil for a few minutes and then ground well with a wooden spoon. Add flour mixed into cold water and crushed walnuts. The mixture is boiled for ten minutes, pour into baking dish and pour the melted butter. Top rank cut into eighths hard-boiled eggs. The mess is served warm.
