Mexican Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients
1 chicken
200 g minced meat
100 g corn
1-2 peppers
30 ml lemon juice
50 g butter
parsley
1 tsp flour
1 tsp red chilli pepper
pepper
salt
Method
Chicken clean, wash and drain. Smeared with lemon juice inside and out. The inside is rubbed with a mixture of black pepper, half a red pepper and salt. Clean the peppers and cut into julienne. Minced meat is mixed with chopped peppers, boiled corn and chopped parsley. Chicken is filled with stuffing made and sutured. Cow butter is melted and added to it the rest of the salt and cayenne. The chicken is coated with a mixture made and brought up in foil and bake in oven 60 minutes at 200 C. Remove the fthe oil and bake for another 10 minutes at 250 C, until browned.
