Milk chocolate souffle

Ingredients
300 ml milk
100 g chocolate
75 g sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp essence of coffee
10 g gelatin
# For garnish:
1/2 cup Cherry jam
100 g whipped cream
Method
Chocolate is melted over low heat with milk. Add the egg yolks and sugar mixture and crashed. Add the essence and the beaten egg whites, melted gelatin. The mixture was poured into a deep container and allowed to solidify. Before serving, garnish with injection molded cream and fruit jam. Note: The essence of coffee is made by coarsely ground coffee, pour 1 tbsp boiling water and then strain.
