Milk cream chocolate cream

Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
1 cup +2 Tbsp sugar
7 tbsp corn starch
100 g of milk chocolate
pinch of salt
150 g cream

Method
Starch blurs with 1 cup cold milk. The rest of milk and 1 cup sugar (if you do not like very sweet, you can put a little less) is put to boil and then was added thereto and fuzzy starch milk, stirring constantly. After the boil again still further stirred for 5-6 minutes until the cream thickens. Remove from heat and immediately dairy cream to add the broken chocolate and a pinch of salt. Stir until chocolate is melted and is taken up completely by the cream. Thus, stirring occasionally milky starch cream to cool completely. During this time whipped cream 2 tbsp sugar. When both cream ready starting adding a little of the starch cream in cream, while assuming all and get a smooth and homogeneous cream. Distributed into cups and garnish optional. It was a very nice kremche with great taste.
