Milk layered cake

Ingredients
5 eggs
100 g sugar
150 g flour
50 g raisins
rind of 1/2 lemon
# For the sauce:
500 ml milk
2 yolks
150 g sugar
2 vanilla
Method
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip with sugar and add to the beaten yolks separately with stirring. Add flour and raisins, stir and pour into a buttered baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven and once cool, pour hot milk sauce. It is prepared as milk, sugar and egg yolks are mixed and allowed to thicken at low heat. Then in December stir until cooled and finally added vanilla.
