Ingredients
200 ml milk
20 g semolina
25 g sugar
cinnamon for sprinkling

Method
Milk, with sugar to the boil. Was added in a thin stream of semolina, stirring continuously, until a not very dense mixture (to keep in mind that, when it has cooled is compressed). Serve sprinkled with cinnamon or jam.

I have memories that I have eaten in kindergarten, I never thought about it then, well, I saw this recipe, and to do it at last :)
I did it in greater quantity. I put 500 ml milk, 80 g. Meal and about 60 grams of sugar. It was awesome :)
