Milk soup with cheese
Ingredients
100 g cheese
2 cup (400 ml) milk
1/2 cup (100 g) rice
60 g butter
2 eggs
savory
salt
Method
Milk mixed with 4 cups hot water, put on the fire to boil. Add rice and boil until soft. Shortly before removing the soup from heat and put the savory and the butter. The finished soup thicken with beaten eggs and sprinkle with grated cheese.
