Milky coffee Janet

Ingredients
2 tbsp (20 g) of ground decaffeinated coffee
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) milk
1 yolk
1 cup (200 ml) condensed milk
1 tbsp (10 g) sugar
cognac
Method
Coffee pour the boiling milk Cover and leave for 5 minutes on low heat. Once cool, strain and mix with the cream, egg yolks, condensed milk and sugar. Finished drink chilled in the refrigerator. Serve in glasses, which pour a little brandy.
