Mince filled

Ingredients
750 g minced meat
1 egg
2 slices of bread soaked in white wine or water and wrung
1 onion
garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
# Extra:
200 g feta cheese Danube
1 large tomato
1 large bell pepper
1 egg for egg wash
salt

Method
Involved mince with all products. There are also four large round flat meatballs, put it on a piece of feta cheese in the middle and bends like a calzone. In a greased pan arrange meatballs. Smeared with beaten egg before putting in preheated oven at 180 C. When serving arranged as follows: a slice of tomato, slice peppers, meatball and still slice a tomato slice pepper.
