Minced meat herring with cottage cheese and butter

Ingredients
400 g salted herring
200 g cottage cheese
1-2 tbsp butter
salt
Method
Herring clears the skin and bones. Sirloin grind with machine together with the cottage cheese. Add well mashed butter, salt and mix everything.
