Mini Ladies Kaprizcheta

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1 cup yogurt
10 g baking powder
pinch of cinnamon
vanilla
jam or marmalade
walnuts

Method
Two whole eggs and 2 yolks are broken with 1 cup sugar and 2 tbsp lukewarm water. Add milk, mixed with baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla and flour. Pour into shapes for muffins or mini muffins and bake in a preheated 180 C oven. Once roasted, to jam and sprinkled with broken walnuts. Then coated with beaten with remaining sugar 2 egg whites. Returns in the oven until dry top layer.
