Mint yogurt

Ingredients
1 kg yogurt
2 handfuls of mint leaves or young leaves of mint
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt
Mint yogurt

Method
Milk drain to about 700 Mint (mint) is cut into strips. Stir in milk, lemon juice and salt to taste. Before serving must stand for 2-3 hours or better still overnight in the refrigerator to absorb the flavor. The salad is very popular from Syria to Egypt, cool great, not least because of the mint.

salad is served mostly in combination with hummus with toasted bread as a starter or grilled. Personally, we might do to skewers, meatballs because their spicy sometimes not completely tied.

terrific offer for the heat. Mint really have cooling effect on the Arabs summer putting it in tea. Will immediately try. Bravo!

if added grate cucumber finely chopped or how you think that will suit?!?

There is no reason not to be. You can try to chew a piece of cucumber and mint leaf - if you'd like the combination, then no problem :)

will to try as you say :) even occurred to me now to try and radish again I think that will happen .. Thanks for the advice :)
