Method
Two hours before cooking is necessary the feta cheese to soak in water can be desalinated. Peppers and fresh tomatoes finely. Carrot cut into as small cubes. In preheated water on the stove, together with fat (sunflower oil or butter) add fresh vegetables and sauté until tender. When the carrot is tender add the sterilized jar of tomatoes (if not pre-cut and crush), black pepper and spice veggie. After all the mixture is ready add the eggs, which had previously broken with a pinch of salt. Stir until the eggs are fully cooked. Add crushed the feta cheese, which has previously soaked and drained the water. Allow the stove to boil, stirring constantly so as not to burn. Add and parsley and remove from heat.

I like the creator of this little changed recipe-day cooked for the first time for my *husband*. Still I do not scrapped. It is one of the most demanding consumers of dishes that I know and I find it very difficult to humor him. But once ate two plates today and wanted more, so really well received and I hope you like it and you and your families.

recipe is super and very tasty, but I do not put a carrot, a matter of taste :)

It seems good to me, but I chopped peppers slightly wholesale. I do not put carrot, but I like options! Bravo!

venivsh, it is wonderful that you have a new proposal for the preparation of this classic! Personally, I first hear someone cook mishmash of the oven, but would be happy to see your recipe mish mash of oven and let us post pictures, how it happened! In my personal mishmash is preparing a *dish*. If it's in the oven rather vegetable stew with cheese and eggs.

Very easy and delicious recipe, I'm kinda changed the ratio of ingredients but I did whatever I had so much ... :)

Obviously I hit proportions. I felt a little watery, but very good.
