Mixed marinated pickles - I type
Ingredients
10 kg peppers
2 kg green tomatoes
1 kg chili
1 kg carrots
celery 1 kg
1 kg cucumbers
1 kg cauliflower
500 g onion
500 g green beans
500 g okra
300 g garlic
1.4 kg salt
1 l vinegar
20 liters of water
3 bunches of parsley

Method
First way: Washed and cleaned vegetable ranks in containers of rows. Pressed with weight and pour the marinade of water, vinegar and salt. Is decanted (drained and the juice is poured again) every day for 2 weeks.Second way: The peppers are riddled around the thick flesh. Arrange in containers and pour hot marinade prepared with water, salt and vinegar. After one week the marinade, drain, peppers are removed and re-rank with the rest of the vegetables, previously cleaned and washed. Thus, along with vegetable pressed lattice (cross) and severity and the bay with the same or a new brine. Pickles were decanted (drained and the juice is poured again) every day for 2 weeks.
