Mlechnik lamb
Ingredients
750 g lamb
2 kg sheep yogurt
8 eggs
125 g butter
salt
Method
The meat is washed, add salt, put it in a baking dish, pour in the oil and bake, from time to time pour a little water. When the meat is already baked in the pan pour the milk with the eggs broken. Then Bake in a hot oven.
