Moist banitsa

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
5 eggs
1 cup milk
2 pinches salt
20 g yeast
1/2 cup water
lard or butter
# For the syrup:
700 g sugar
3 cups Water
Method
Vanilla products are kneaded to obtain a dough which can be sharpening. Two rolled sheets. The first is coated with butter, is placed above the second, which are also coated with butter. Wound together into a roll, then stretch and twist. The banitsa curl snail in the pan, allow to rise and baked in a moderate oven. Boil the syrup of the products, which bay the banitsa. Stews while absorb the liquid.
