Moist cake

Ingredients
500 g yogurt
3/4 cup (150 ml) sunflower oil
2 tbsp (20 g) cocoa
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) sugar
2 cup (400 g) flour
100 g raisins
200 g walnuts
rind of 1 lemon
1 tbsp (10 g) of baking soda
Method
Cream soda placed in sifted flour, add the cocoa, half the sugar, yogurt and gradually the oil, stirring constantly. Add chopped walnuts, raisins and grated lemon rind. The resulting mixture is poured into the greased and sprinkled with flour baking dish and bake in a preheated oven. Remove the cake pour hot syrup made from 1 cup (200 ml) of water and the remaining sugar. Decorate with whipped cream.
