Ingredients
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp brandy
pinch of salt
2 cup flour
sunflower oil for frying
2 eggs
# For the syrup:
2 cup sugar
3 cups water
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 vanilla

Method
The eggs are broken, add yogurt with baking soda, salt, flour and brandy. Mix everything well. With spoon (I use a large tea) is grebva mixture and fry in very fat until golden. Make a syrup of sugar and water. Vary to drop flat bowl. Add the vanilla and lemon juice. Allow 5-6 minutes to cool. Fried balls syrup. Consumed after several hours.

Reni, I am impressed by this dessert, but the male more :) Now essentially - what role brandy ingredient dessert?

Put brandy everything dough that is fried to absorbs less fat - I know that from my grandmother.

I did not know that this is the role of brandy. I put a little vinegar in fat.
