Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
handful of field mushrooms
sunflower oil
few slices cracker
cheese
# For the sauce:
60 g butter
2 tbsp sunflower oil
3- 4 tbsp flour
nutmeg, black pepper, salt
Method
Cauliflower is broken into florets and boiled in salted water. Drain and mix with sunflower oilti and parsley. Separately sauté sliced mushrooms. The sauce is prepared from the listed products and broth from boiling cauliflower. In a greased baking dish with butter crackers are arranged tightly, cover with a layer of sauce, ordered to cauliflower on it - mushrooms, grated cheese on top. Pour the remainder of the sauce again and grated cheese. Moussaka bake in a moderate oven.
