Ingredients
800 g mushrooms
tomatoes 4
1 kg potatoes
2 onions
8 tbsp butter
parsley or dill
2 eggs
2 cup milk
salt, pepper
mushroom broth
cheese

Method
Fry the finely chopped onion, add the washed and sliced mushrooms, add salt and pepper. As fry nice pull them from the heat, put the fennel (parsley), confusion well. In a greased baking dish with butter arrange peeled and cut into rings of potatoes. Put sponges, line tomatoes, cut into slices. Redim again potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes. Top redim potatoes. Pour hot mushroom broth, gently cover the moussaka. Bake in the oven until tender potatoes. Pour topping on top of the eggs and milk and bake until browned. Optional can be a little grated cheese.
