Moussaka Nettle

Ingredients
500 g nettle
200 g rice
1 onion
500 g minced meat
salt
ready spice lamb
4 tbsp sunflower oil
# TOPPING:
2-3 eggs
300 g yogurt
pinch of baking soda
Method
Minced meat fry in fat red and become crumbs. Add the chopped onion and stir until tender. Nettle wash well and cut into small pieces. Put it in the minced meat and stew. Pour the mixture into the pan, pour 500 ml water, seasoned with 2-3 tbsp of seasoning ready for lamb and put in a warm oven. Bake at 250 C for 20-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour the beaten eggs and yogurt and a pinch of baking soda (soda topping becomes fluffy and air). Returns in the oven and dopicha only top heating element, while red. Optional can be sprinkled with grated cheese and only briefly turns brown. Serve with yogurt, seasoned with salt and chopped parsley.
