Moussaka pork bulgur

Ingredients
700 g pork meat
1 cup bulgur
4 potatoes
2 onions
1 carrot
3 eggs
400 g yogurt
salt
white pepper
celery
parsley
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Method
The meat is cut into pieces and fry in the oil with chopped onion and carrot. Make 1 cup hot water and leave to cook until tender. Separately, the bulgur is boiled with a little salt and pour in the pan, add the diced potatoes and meat. Add chopped celery and parsley, sprinkle with a little white pepper and flavored with salt. Pour a little water and bake in a moderate oven. As moussaka is ready, pour beaten eggs and yogurt and dopicha redness. You can add spices of your choice.

Zlatina, bulgur wheat is as generally goes more lamb / with onion /. If they bother his taste, you can mix it with rice. You can put and savory.
